IOS 15 was announced at Apple’s WWDC 2021 and brought a whole cluster of new features. Some of the leading features were a redesigned FaceTime, new Messages app, introduction of Focus mode, new Maps app, and much more. Overall, I think this upgrade had a substantial amount of features. One of my personal favorite features is the new live text in camera feature. This update allows the user to point at text on the go and quickly select, copy, and paste the text into another app.

IOS 15 was released about five months ago in September 2021, which means it’s time for a mid year update. Apple is known to release mid year updates that builds on the “number” released update. Unlike Apple fashion, this year however, Apple released a big mid year update to their IOS 15.4 instead of IOS 15.5 update. This update includes some game changing features that I know myself and a lot of other users have been wanting.

The update is currently only available to developers and public beta users but should be released to the public in the upcoming weeks. Apples Beta Software Program is available to participate in by signing up on Apples website. It is designed for users to give feedback to Apple on new releases.
